Did not get my reward from them they sent me a silly goodwill for 20 dollars when I’ve spent more money on the offer
UPDATE (Tuesday): Prime Opinion publicly replied to my review claiming they care about tracking and verify completions [v]. It is nothing but a public relations lie [v]. They induced a real-money deposit of €20 for the Kokobet offer [v]. Despite submitting undisputable financial receipts proving my completion, they have completely ghosted my support tickets and refused to pay out my earned points [v].What makes this a total scam is that their identical sister app (TopSurveys) has already manually approved and paid my brother for the exact same offer in our household [v, 🔎]. Prime Opinion is actively utilizing tracking failures to pocket affiliate commissions while locking users out of their earned cash balances [v]. Formal complaints regarding financial deception and merchant data leaks have been filed with Apple Developer Compliance and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC

SCAM APP WITH TERRIBLE SUPPORT
This all starts about a month ago I was a beginner on the app and I liked it. But then after about 4 days of using the app I couldn't qualify for a single survey not the ones with easy qualification questions. They didn't tell me why so I had to research this. Turns out I realized I may have speed flag for completing a survey too fast which I can and will admit to and I do apologize. But when I told the subreddit they said I have no restrictions on my account and it may be my demographics. Still though, no qualifying for a survey so I researched AGAIN and It may be a restriction from the third party survey providers abd they may be auto rejecting me and I have to wait 30 consecutive days for it to go away. Because of this I decided to email the support tean on the app this time instead if the subreddit and asked whats going on and also my games weren't tracking so I asked about that to. I sent it and waited a few days, which turned to weeks, THREE WEEKS to be exact with no response. I sent another support ticket and they said 24 hours and they'll get back to me but they didn't so I asked the subreddit again and out of the blue the subreddit permanently banned me for "Breaking community rules" even though I didn't and said if I have further questions reply to the message so I did. And today marks 6 days from that and still no response. Sent about 4 support tickets in total and didn't get a response from a single one.
This app really became a disappointment and is just terrible at responding. This is my last resort, I just want a good response and if this can't be fixed please tell me and don't just ignore me. But if it can please tell me too. Thank you.

I honestly am disappointed with this…
I honestly am disappointed with this app Prime Opinion. So first it was fine in the beginning with playing some games and earning credits. Afterwards I was recently playing “drill and collect” I haven’t received my reward for $122.50. I contacted them they said it was processing, then next thing you know they restricted my account and told me that I was banned forever due to complaints not only that they took away my reward that I worked so hard for. I re contacted the support group online they told me they can’t do anything about it if it’s already restricted due to the policy.

Updated to my last review in 2023
Update to my last review in 2023; was a 5 star but had to drop it to 2 stars for lack of credit with completed surveys. Have been surveying for 10+ years on numerous sites and this one was good at first. Now I have zero trust in their surveys which credit after completion at about a 50% rate which is bad. They have good rewards, good redemptions, and good support which is live and not AI..those are positive....however, when doing surveys one of the most important things is getting credited after completing a survey so you get the incentive promised and don't waste time. Prime Opinion doesn't vet their clients or do it very well and just post a ton of surveys that majority of the time goes nowhere, or doesn't credit you after completion...which leads to too much wasted time.
Have been extremely patient and written support for this credit issue so many times, and waited on updating reviews, but can't any longer. I have lost more time and incentive than earned which negates the reason for doing surveys in the first place. Until they start vetting clients better and posting more reliable surveys, I will spend minimal time on their site.
To Prime reply: clear my cache and cookies several times a day; submitted screenshots for the past 3 years; and this review based on COMPLETED surveys; not on my end, 100% on yours and clients end and based off years of experience. Posting more reliable surveys fixes the problem like other more trusted sites.

For the longest time I did not see the value in Prime. Lately, the shows/movies included are worthwhile. Also adding another platform is much easier then on my Youtube.tv account. On prime it is easier to access what would be available on the added platform.
