I had a great experience working with Jessica Joe. So fast to respond and great design work. I was a new customer and they don't take credit cards payments from new customers because they have had issues in the past with sketchy people. It got me a little worried so I actually called a business that is next door to them to check if they were legit... cuz you never know these days 🤷🏻. They reassured me that they were a great company and do good work. Which was definitely confirmed when I decided to go for it and ordered my bags for my freeze-dried food company. They came so fast and we love them. They are perfect! Will definitely be working with them in the future.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Print 24/7. From the start, we made it clear that we had a strict deadline and asked multiple times to confirm they could meet it before we paid the invoice. Alex assured us they could, but they still missed the deadline. Another major issue was the film quality. The quality was also far from what was promised. We were shown a sample video of clear packaging with the requested artwork, but what we actually received was an opaque, foggy material with poor print quality that looked nothing like the sample. Additionally, Nancy and Alex never disclosed that the packaging would be manufactured in China. We only found out after receiving the tracking number and seeing that the shipment was coming directly from China. When we requested a refund due to the missed deadline and poor quality, Nancy refused to help. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor communication, poor quality packaging, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend Print 24/7 for quality or customer service.

I had a great experience with Jessica and her team, it took some time to finalize design but communication was on point, the design came out how we wanted, we would've preferred a direct communication with the designer but now that we have our product in production we are all so happy!

Full disclosure I haven’t received the product yet but just placed my order. Harry has been great to work with and is extremely responsive. I switched from another vendor because pricing was also way better.
