The entire process was great. The templates were easy to use and customize. The production time was super fast. I ordered my papers on a Monday and they were delivered that Thursday. I received lots of communication each step of the way (order confirmation, printed, shipped, delivered), which was very helpful as these were for a wedding. When they came the quality was amazing. The pictures were clear and the paper is just like a real newspaper from back in the day - durable but somehow also soft. We're using these as a program and included some word searches and messages to our family. We will definitely have a copy framed. We ordered 100 of the tabloid size. Came with extras in case some were damaged, but none of ours had any issues.

I love almost everything about this company - the print is clear and crisp, it arrives SO quickly, and they always give a few extra to ensure any damaged items are easily replaced. However, the one piece that really makes them lose a star is that their printed newspapers come folded within each other in sets of 3, which means that when I receive the 500 newspapers, I have to spend hours taking them apart. It’s really a lot of work. But I don’t want to give up on the company because they are the best printers we have ever worked with.

We understand that separating 4-page newspapers can be time-consuming. Unfortunately, newspaper finishing lines are not designed to fold single sheets individually. As a result, 4-page newspapers are produced in small booklets that need to be separated by hand. While this requires a little extra work, it’s also part of what makes your newspaper a genuine newspaper, produced using the same industrial processes as traditional press titles. I had the best experience. I had a few questions before printing, I was able to talk to a representative and got everything answered. They were super fast at delivering and printing. They look so nice, the quality is amazing! I am using these as my bridesmaid proposals so I can't wait to give them to my bridal party!

Thank you Jair for this review and feedback. You are right, the print lines were caused by missing jets due to an A/C failure we experienced recently. As it took a few days to fix and your order was flagged as Express, I've asked the team to ship your order even though the quality test did not pass. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We've sent you an email to offer either a reprint or a refund.
