Headache-inducing company
Probably one of the worst companies I’ve worked with in a while. They lost my order three times. I ordered the mugs on November 12. They lost the order as soon as I placed it. I waited a week and then followed up, and they let me know it was lost. Had to resend all of my photos. I then had to remind them that I needed my artwork. Once I got that, I had to get it re-done since I didn’t like it (more on that later). They told me it’d be shipped after I confirmed. Never got notified that it shipped. After trying for several days through email, I send an online form December 8th and someone finally answers a day later. They let me know they lost my order AGAIN. They tell me I can cancel or get the artwork redone. I tell them I don’t want to wait since it’s almost been a MONTH and so I send them their own artwork that they completed to make the mugs. They tell me it’ll ship out. Order finally ships and arrives yesterday, December 19th. I had to breath down this company’s neck and micromanage them for updates since they kept losing my order. This process was annoying and took OVER a month. All just for me to not like the product. [Photo can’t be included] First two mugs are from Dec 2024, last mug is from Jan 2020. There is a clear difference in the “art style” from then until now. In 2020 I ordered the mint green mug and a blanket for my dead dog. They looked pretty good, and you could tell it was hand done. I’m fairly certain either they got an entirely new art team, or they just use AI to complete the drawings. It looks worlds apart from the old work I have, and so I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer anymore. -Review was left on website. Fairly certain they won’t let it show, so I’m posting here.

What was delivered didn't match the proof AT ALL. Why bother with a proof if you're just going to send whatever? Disappointed to say the least.

I am a repeat customer from 2018! I didn’t have the problem finding my order number to review my proofs like I’m having now. It was immediately emailed after I submitted my order via email and included in the subject line. I am very eager to see the proof, and scared that you are going to print it if I’ve not reviewed in 24 hours….
Easy to navigate your website
Easy to navigate your website. However, a bit confused on whether I should submit one photo of two pets together or two separate photos. I wanted both my dog and cat on the item. I sent one photo of them together hoping that works.

Customer service was great with some slight adjustments I needed to make (I ordered the wrong size of blanket). The one reason I give 4 stars is because the online customer portal was not updated when my artwork went to print and when it was shipped. I didn’t get notice of it being shipped but was happy that it arrived!

Unsatisfied Customer
I am in the process of trying to cancel my order. After reviewing the previewed artwork, I was not impressed nor did I love it, especially when it was almost $100. I have reached out to the company and asked for a refund bc I wasn’t satisfied with the end product, and they won’t give me a refund bc it’s past the “24 hour point” I didn’t even get the artwork approval until three days later… so how am I supposed to be able to cancel within 24 hours? I understand I could have canceled within 24 hours of ordering, but I obviously didn’t know at that point I wouldn’t like the artwork/design. I’m still waiting to hear back, but so far I would rate this whole transaction a 1/5. I would be willing to revise my review, if the company would refund my complete order.

I ordered a king sized blanket for my mom when her pup passed, and it turned out so good! It’s exactly what I wanted, and my mom loved it! She hasn’t stopped cuddling it since she got it. I would absolutely recommended to anyone who’s thinking about it
