Everything went well with our air conditioner repair. But, the letter we received following the repair was kinda confusing! We were not really sure what it was supposed to mean and had to call the company to find out. The letter made it sound like we owed more money or something. Kenny our repair man found out it was still under warranty and took care of it. You could have skipped the denial letter!
We recently closed on a house purchase in Joshua Tree, CA, found ourselves without all keys, limiting accessing. Service was provided by Daniel Stransky who was sent out by Frontdoor via a Rekey Service that was included with our Home Warranty. Communication was very efficient, we spoke to Daniel within an hour of submitting the service request and he provided service on the sameday. We found Daniel to be very professional and helpful. He resolved all our issues. We would definitely recommend and use his services again.
