Best pair of eyeglasses I've ever had
Ordered my Progressive glasses they came in a timely manner they are comfortable and were the best glasses I've ever had and a lot cheaper than from the eye doctor

Needed a pair of Rx glasses primarily for driving, and these fit the bill. They fit great, the dark green tint and Rx are both absoutely-correct, and the style quite fits me. Great eyeglass acquisition!
make sure lens are correct
The glasses fit wonderful easy to add the information and their automated system generally with the picture of your current classes online can figure out the actual bridge size for your nose. I rated a four star instead of five primarily because interacting with the customer service experience via email slash cell phone support is a nightmare. You can call and if you get someone on the line like Damon he's very helpful But my whole point is when somebody emails you to verify everything is correct or hypothetically there's an error tied to your prescription that let's say hypothetically changed. They email you but the problem is when you try to respond back the Outlook account refuses to actually send so there's an error. I found out the way to fix this is by basically tying the phone number of the company with your cell phone add it to your iPhone or Android account then text message them directly this seems to fix it and triggers an automated response to your email saying your information was updated however when I was trying to email a response with the reply line like the email says it rejects it. It's a nightmare because you can't respond to emails for whatever reason it's better to just text message them directly and that's something they should highlight in the process.
Progressive trifocals are the worst…
Progressive trifocals are the worst glasses ever. Why do they make them with limited field of vision? God gave us peripheral vision to use. When I drive I just can't switch my eyes to the driver's side review mirror, I have to turn my head and readjust focus. Looking at the floor is distorted unless my nose is directly down. What an insane idea to not have the full lense the prescription. It's a money making scam. If we pay more for full surface lenses then we can see? Full lense vision should be standard. There's no brain adjustment, we just in learn to turn our head instead looking out of the corners of our eyes. How much detail is lost? Can't even read a street sign or the license plate of the car beside me. Or spread 4 pages of paper side by side and see all of them . Horrible design and useless. I see better without them

Disappointed
The service was great...the frames were perfect for me...the lenses were somehow not made correctly...and to correct them they wanted to charge me $50 additional! Thankfully I received a refund quickly.

First of all, I appreciate these well-made, comfortable, and stylish glasses! I ordered Nanette rose gold rimless glasses; they have a detailed designed and yet are quite sturdy! The progressive change is not even noticed with the lens crafting done well! Starting at $30, I could add photo gray and scratch resistance and still the final price was excellent--$158!! Just as important, there was great customer service once I wrote and asked for acknowledgment of my purchase. I was kept up to date with a receipt, a shipping notice, and an ETA. They arrived relatively quickly, too. I love these glasses!!!!

Great eyeglasses
Very easy to punch in prescription or upload it. There are lots of options for the lenses at a economical rate. I paid a lot more for similar frames with less lens options at a brick and mortar eye glass store years ago. The progressive lenses with the transition gen8 are very nice, they transition from outside light to inside perfectly. The time frame from when i placed my order to when i received my glasses was an appropriate amount of time, very happy.
I absolutely love my glasses
I absolutely love my glasses. They fit perfectly and look amazing. My prescription is spot on as well. They only thing I was disappointed in was I did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase so I did spend a few days worrying I got scammmed. I may have missed the email in my own spam but honestly so happy about these glasses.

My two orders were made quickly, and both the sunglasses and regular glasses turned out great! I was nervous because I needed progressive lenses, but they nailed both of them. Highly recommend their progressives.

Updated: not a scam
Updated 6/2/25: Well, color me surprised. The glasses came in the mail today. Absolutely as requested and even came early. I'm not a fan of the lack of communication, but I was mistaken in calling this company a scam. Original: Scam. I ordered glasses on 5/24/25. No confirmation email was sent. I see I was charged for the glasses. I check back and the website claims the order is "complete." But I certainly never received any glasses. I emailed to ask if this were an error just on the website, or if this meant the glasses manufacturing is complete and then would be sent. But I heard nothing back. Absolutely unhappy.

The progressive glasses didn’t work for me. Trying to return has been difficult. Never received emails but got one for a review. Go figure
