My husband and I were purchasing our vapes from another company. We enjoyed their service but it took quite a while to receive our products. So we looked into other companies that may be a better fit for us. And ProVape was a wonderful find. Our products arrive very quickly and we never have any issues with quality.

Delayed shipping my order due to a “billing/shipping address mismatch” despite attempting to purchase the same product with the same purchase and billing address differences that I had previously successfully ordered and receive Billing address: A Shipping address: B Not difficult to reconcile.
I always get my coils and pods from you. And I've never had a problem. I just wish you carried my vape juice and able to ship it to me. So I don't have to go through two different companies to get my stuff. But other than that, it's good, I use it all the time. Thank you,

I ordered 11 units and it clearly said buy 10 get one free. That was not honored. The product I purchased tastes and smells like a different flavor. Had to throw one unit out because it was an overwhelmingly noxious.

The number of options available is fantastic. The speed of delivery is amazing. The only complaint I have is that the price is significantly higher than most other places.

Easy to select Fast response Quick delivery on day given My one bad experience was allowing me to purchase vapes that need special battery's. There was no clear announcement, i now have 4 vapes instead can't use until my next delivery because i have to buy seperate. If I had known I would have bought at the time in stead.
Pro vape sent my first order off immediately. I received it within 3 business days. There were no errors and everything I ordered was received. The only thing that weirded me out is bit was the lack of communication. Usually I get an email confirmation of an order but these guys said forget that and just got to work fulfilling my order. I can’t complain about that. I’ll definitely order from them again.
