Clear Information and Fair Pricing
Information presented was clear and Stephanie's answers to questions were professional and complete. Pricing was very reasonable and the stability of premiums without escalation for claim experience was a big selling point.
Definitely looks great with customizable plans
It was nice to know that Prudent Pet was verified by my vet. The website is easy to navigate, you can customize the plans and the prices are affordable. Nice to know the puppy is covered for whatever his needs may be going forwards:) Thanks Prudent Pet!
Customer service was great when…
Customer service was great when speaking to them before purchasing. What I did not like is that their sample policy is not a good indicator of what is actually covered. So once I purchased it and was able to review the full policy, I cancelled. I feel like I wasted my own as well as their time. If the sample policy had been more expansive I could have avoided it altogether. I think the insurance could be really good for some people, but did not fit my needs.
