I have worked for several psychic networks over the years, and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had as an advisor. The company changed the pay structure, removed schedule adherence bonuses, and constantly fluctuates advisor pricing without increasing advisor pay. Customers are charged premium prices while advisors are paid very little in comparison. The overall energy of the platform feels extremely profit-driven, and unfortunately that atmosphere seems to affect the clientele as well. Many customers are rude, demanding, emotionally draining, and unwilling to value the time and energy advisors put into their work. If a reading is complete, it should be acceptable to simply thank the advisor and move on respectfully. Advisors are human beings too. Working in this industry can already be emotionally exhausting because many callers genuinely need serious emotional or mental health support, yet often refuse guidance and only want constant reassurance or repeated answers. Psychic networks have a responsibility to create a healthier environment for both clients and advisors. What stood out most to me is that there are years of complaints from both customers and advisors, yet very little seems to improve. Traffic is dropping, morale is low, and the company discourages advisors from supplementing their income elsewhere despite offering inconsistent call volume and declining opportunities. There are much better networks out there that foster a positive environment, attract respectful higher-quality clients, compensate advisors fairly, and provide real opportunities for growth and raises. This platform, unfortunately, felt driven more by greed than by genuine care for either its customers or the people working for it.

Too Many Changes
Ive been with you guys a long time and service has gone down hill, offers have virtually disappeared and my favorite advisors are leaving. Not the same trusted source I once recognized.
Worst Customer Service Ever
Every single time Ive had an issue and I reach out to customer service via chat, I get someone who is rude, unprofessional and ends up abruptly ending the chat without addressing my issue. Recently, I connected with support because I discovered that I was being double charged on 2 separate credit cards for their monthly subscription. Instead of them trying to resolve the issue with me, the chat agent “Leslie” rudely told me to contact PayPal and when I tried to ask further questions, she abruptly ended the chat. This is not the first time I have been hung up by a chat agent when I’ve reached out with a customer concern. Worst customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The app is archaic
The app is archaic and doesn't offer nearly as many features as your competitors. You also rarely offer deals, which other platforms do. There are a few advisors on there that I love so I come back occasionally but am moving towards other platforms for the reasons I listed.

Psychic Source delivers truly gifted psychics and their customer service is helpful. I have been a client for many years. Ursula has proven to know details about my situation that no one else (not friends or family) knew. Her insight and advice has been amazing.
Don’t post honest reviews
Some of the advisors are really good but some take way too long to answer a question and you’re paying a lot for that time. I’ve talked to some before that you get a few sentences out of in 4 or 5 minutes. Also I have an honest review if someone new who completely missed the mark and said the opposite of what was going on and they purposely didn’t post the review! So now I don’t trust their reviews! Seems like they only post positive ones which isn’t right. It’s misleading and deceptive.
None of the psychics I’ve talked to…
None of the psychics I’ve talked to have given right predictions or useful information. They may feel what’s currently going on in my life but then it seems like they say anything after that or things I already know. I’ve been a member since 2018 and I’m looking back thinking at all the times I called for insight and was disappointed they deflected and over talked to make their end make sense
