Seller refuses to honor "no questions asked" 60 day money back guarantee.

Seller did not disclose that the items were shipping from China rather than from within the U.S. The USPS tracking number provided initially showed no tracking information, so I contacted customer service. I was then informed the order was shipping from China and requested to cancel because it would not arrive in time for its intended purpose. My cancellation request was denied. After the order was delivered, I requested a return and refund under the company's advertised "no questions asked" 60-day money-back guarantee because I no longer needed the unopened item. The request was denied. Customer service stated that refunds are only available for damaged or defective products, which is inconsistent with the advertised guarantee.

I had seen the ads for this on Instagram and Tiktok forever and finally decided to bite the bullet and give it a shot. Boy, am I sure glad I did! I have 2 golden retrievers, so you can just imagine the amount of dog hair I am dealing with on a daily basis. This wipes hair away in seconds! I am still trying to get the hang of getting the fur to roll up in the center, but that will come with time and experience using it. If you have been sitting on the fence about purchasing one, let this be your sign!!

I love the glove

I love the glove , it got deep down dog hair , and dirt up out of my 11by 12 throw rugs that my sweeper didn't touch , ! My rugs look like new afterwards!! Won't be without the gloves !!!! Got dog hair off furniture also.

I was really afraid to try this product…

I was really afraid to try this product because I was worried I wasn’t going to receive it. But it came fast and I was so excited to try it. I gave one to my neighbor and I kept one. We both tried it because we both have cats and I’ll tell you what it’s amazing when you follow the rules how it’s supposed to be used back-and-forth it is amazing. It takes cat hair off of every piece of furniture even off the floor. It’s a go to if you don’t have one you need one it’s worth it.

Thieves

This company are thieves. Took my money, claimed to have shipped a product. Evri, predictably, lost it (assuming they *did* actually ship anything). PurePath refuse to take any responsibility or refund me, compensate me or replace the item. Avoid like the plague.

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless. Never received the product and then had to deal with incompetence and dishonesty from them over multiple emails and multiple weeks. There was zero willingness to try to rectify the situation, so you're welcome, PurePath, for the donation, I guess. Honestly wondering if this company is a scam.

Works as advertised, you will be impressed

The product was delivered promptly and I learned to use it quickly. I was very impressed with how it could remove loads of cat hair from deep pile fluffy blankets. Follow the instructions about cleaning the brush (I used a dry toothbrush) and you will continue to enjoy an effective product. I have not needed to wash mine, and I've been using it almost daily for 4 months so far.

I was scammed

I was scammed, never received my order. But they took my money. I contacted your support and gave the information you asked for, even though you should be able to just lookup the email address in your system.. And after I reach out for a response, you ask me again for all the details without telling me what information you are still needing? Why do you have to have to make it so hard

I was wondering why the products you sent me don’t say Pure Path…The shedders you sent me say PET Designed by X-Pet in CAN, They work better than the cheap ones I had before but not as well as your video shows the PURE PATH shedder. Outstanding! pet hair removal!

I own a cleaning business and the majority of our clients have furbabies. This Glove is absolutely amazing! It really works! And it does exactly what the company claims it does works so well when one of our clients saw the results after using it in her home she ordered one for herself!

They're OK not as great as the ads make…

They're OK not as great as the ads make them look but mine arrived with different branding so not sure if they're legit or something differented. I got them through this shop via shop app. I didn't really analyze and notice the branding difference until I tried reselling one and someone pointed out it looked like a knock off or a different brand. I contacted pure path about them and they sent some confusing responses so I'm still not sure if it's the same thing or not. They mentioned they had an issue at one point with their production so they used an alternative source or something. But then they also said that was at a different time period than when I bought mine and sounded like they were accusing me of lying. Very odd.

Really impressed with this glove

Really impressed with this glove for removing cat hair. I got sucked into a deal and didn’t think it would work as well as it does. Now I don’t have to take the Dyson upstairs to clean the cat hair off our bed every day, I just have the glove in the bedside table and it takes less time to clean than the hoover! I bought another glove for my MIL as a Christmas present but I think she needs it sooner than December, it’s so useful!

This thing Is the REAL DEAL!

This thing is the REAL DEAL!! I have 2 Maine Coons and a Nebbie, and keeping up with the quantities of long cat hair has been an issue. I found that this glove can remove cat hair from even the most stubborn clothing items where it has woven in just doing laundry, and you don't have to apply pressure, it doesn't cause as much pain later from repetitive use! Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service

I haven't received my product yet, this review is for the customer service I received from PurePath. I reached out to customer service to try to alter my order. After being told, "sorry, your order cannot be modified," the order was shipped. I guess I missed my window to ask them to cancel my order so I could properly re-order what I wanted, because now I'm stuck. Seems like they could have offered to cancel the order and let me resubmit it before they rushed to get it shipped on a Sunday and left me with no options. I'm pretty disappointed.
