Their patches are fantastic for pain…
Their patches are fantastic for pain relief. It is the only 96 hour patch that I know of, and it lasts the entire time. I have not used the hemp only patches yet, but have used their thc/cbd patches that I can buy locally and they are fantastic.

I use the patches on my back. Helps with stiffness and pain. I’ve also used them on the base of my neck to help with chronic migraines. They work!

Great customer service and prompt shipping. Communication method seems to be flawed in that I couldn’t get an answer regarding a product of theirs that appears to be discontinued. I had the most pain relief from that pain patch and wanted to know why it was discontinued and if they will offer it again.

Great products, horrible service
Thank you for this opportunity. I have tried to contact your company by email and phone and not been successful. The website is horrible making purchases extremely difficult. Use of rewards points on valid purchases has not been possible. I have sent numerous emails without a response. The phone number on your website gets the message that the number is no longer in service.

Been a subscriber for YEARS. The only patches that help for my back and neck pain. But they refuse to honor their OWN discount codes, they take my money and refuse to provide the patches. Number is disconnected. Email is a joke. Tried writing and writing as I dont want to go anywhere else, to no avail. Too bad, used to be a good company.

Poor Custimer Setvuce…
Pure Ratios hemp patches are a good product, but a not so reliable company. Horrible, in fact. Not sure what holding company owns them now. You can’t get them by phone. Number is no longer in service. Email only through the web site. I am a monthly subscriber but about every 3rd month my order doesn’t arrive. I’m cancelling my subscription and will no longer buy from them. They answer emails with the same old excuses. Too bad they aren’t as reliable as they started out.
