Mistakenly ordered an annual membership instead of for a month. Wrote immediately alerting them of my mistake and they wouldn't assist in any way to help me. Customer service is very poor. Wouldn't recommend.

Paid €250 for a Service I Never Actually Used
I created two QR codes using this service in November 2025 and never used them afterwards. According to my account statistics, both QR codes have only one scan each (2 scans total), and both scans were done by me for testing purposes. Several months later, I discovered that I had been charged €49.95 every month for a subscription that I was not aware I had signed up for. I accept that I should have noticed the charges earlier, but I genuinely did not realise I was being billed monthly. I contacted customer support and explained that I had never used the service beyond testing the QR codes. The company initially offered a "lifetime free plan", which I did not want, as I no longer need the QR codes. While customer support was polite, I am disappointed that I was charged almost €250 for a service I never used and that a reasonable resolution could not be reached. My advice to anyone considering this service: read the subscription terms very carefully and regularly check your bank statements after signing up.
