I have visited their headquarters in Shenzhen to discuss difficult projects and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommended. Their sales engineers have good english and translate well to their technical engineers in the back office.

CNC Order Great Help and Great Service
I had a quote for a PVC patch mould to be done via CNC, and it was great. They worked back and forth with me and also helped me fix issues. When I received the mould, it turned out great. I will always use them for future orders.

Impossible to manufacture? Not for RapidDirect!
RapidDirect has made that parts I needed quickly and to the drawing. I searched sheet metal shops around where I live and nobody was able to do the small hem. I was able to finish the secondary metal forming of the part that RapidDirect made with success!
