RatePunk over promises and under…
RatePunk over promises and under delivers in my opinion. After being lured in at £30 approx , you are then told you need to pay a further amount to access business class fares.
So now its £50 , apparently 80% off bla bla bla .
Bottom line that’s not much if good information is delivered , I personally found it disappointing and time wasting , with no real information that helped me source fares.
But the fun started when I cancelled , I was bombarded with emails telling how much I was missing and offering outrageous discounts if I subscribed again, this screamed desperate , it’s appears all the energy goes into trying to lure subscribers and forgetting the actual product..A tip if you want to subscribe, subscribe first , then cancel and you will be offered a ridiculous low priced offer if you subscribe again.
RatePunk is far too pushy and aggressive with marketing for me . I would give zero star for this.
I did read other reviews about problems with RarePunk frustrating refunds and cancellations , that spooked me too .
But I would give 5 stars if this was a review just for cancellation service , I found them to be very helpful once they got the message I’m not interested.
A refund was issued within days with very clear simple instructions how to apply , for this thank you and well done .

A very deceptive app. Nothing there that you can't find yourself using Google flights. Also very scamming folks with recurring annual charges. Trying to figure out how to cancel subscription is like finding a needle in a hay stack. This app should be avoided at all cost.

Really too early to tell
Really too early to tell. At this time I'm looking for specific destinations and I only fly business or first requiring me to upgrade (90 day) my membership. So far, no deals beat the airline websites. That's disappointing.
Another disappointment is specific destination searches will only check one date, if you specify a date. It would be help to see if there's any price differences for a range of days around the specified date. Even the airline websites will show you prices for days before and after the specified date. There are times I can change my flights by a day or two to save on airfare.
Additionally, at least 1/2 half or my travel is multi-city ("open-jaw"). Your website doesn't accommodate this and I'm forced to do multiple (filtered) searches on each city pair. That's time consuming.
Overall, I'm hoping your app will provide value in saving on airfare and maybe hotels. I'll continue to try it out for the 90 day period of my upgrade. But if you continue to quote fares I can find on the airline sites, RatePunk doesn't benefit me.

Early days yet and not that many deals in Australia (Brisbane). I know you can't make airlines discount flights but the Australian market is different to the US and Europe and that makes this service a little more frustrating as I can also google flight deals or other apps. I am still exploring but perhaps a toggle for domestic and international.

My go-to App when looking for a plane ticket
I have been using the app for only a week and happy about the deals I am seeing so far. I have not utilized a provided deal yet. Once I have done that I will update this review.
One thing though: The fee standard deals per year is affordable but the one for Elite needs to be reviewed a little since it is quite expensive for a monthly basis service.
