It’s a good debt relief company but interest rates are steep and NDR initially didn’t inform that the debt would be transferred to another financial company and you still end up paying a lot and extended years of financing. Hopefully I can pay it off sooner.Customer service is good and professional though.

What makes my experience great is that the company looks past my history and focuses on where I'm at now. They approved me even when my credit wasn't great, which honestly took a huge weight off my shoulders. In my view, that's one of the best things they're doing. Giving people second chances and showing trust instead of judgment.
