Helpful, personal customer service
ReadyRx was very helpful when I needed to redirect a shipment. The company got the redirect handled, and Karen personally called me to walk me through everything and answer my questions. She was patient, clear, and made sure I understood what was happening. I really appreciated the quick communication and support.

I have never given a review but after the horrible experience I couldn't just accept being treated so bad. I was extremely let down by this company. I ordered one thing and received something completely different. When I called for help I was told that I did indeed order the right thing but something went wrong with the intake form. I was expecting they would resolve the issue but instead i was told that they had already mixed the prescription and that they recommended i just take what was sent an they would give me 25$ off my next order. 3 times i was asked to "just take what was sent". This was completely unprofessional and crooked. I would never recommend this company and hope they do not get away with type of stuff for much longer. Hopefully if you are reading this you will be able to use one of the multiple reputable companys offering the same services.
