Sherman Ragland did the darn thing

Sherman Ragland hosted a transformative 3-day "Life-Changing Weekend," and it exceeded all my expectations. On the first day, we embarked on a property tour, getting a firsthand look at various residential deals in the DMV area, completed by Sherman and his students. He provided invaluable insights and patiently answered every question we had. The second and third days were spent in the classroom, where we reviewed the properties we had visited and delved into key topics, such as finding FSBO (For Sale By Owner) opportunities, a proven five-step process for raising capital, navigating commercial deals, utilizing AI tools to locate motivated sellers, and so much more. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Sherman for making time in his busy schedule to host this event. His generosity with his knowledge and his genuine desire for everyone to succeed are truly remarkable. His passion for real estate and teaching the right way to "do the thing" is inspiring. Sherman, thank you again for this incredible experience. It has made the journey ahead feel both exciting and worthwhile. Sherman Ragland is an excellent teacher...

Sherman Ragland is an excellent teacher. He speaks clearly and in ways that are easy to understand for anyone at any level. He is very organized in his approach to teaching. I was especially interested in Sherman's demonstration of using AI to identify acquisition opportunities - in affluent neighborhoods. I wholeheartedly recommend Sherman Ragland, Real Investors, Real Estate Worldwide, and The Boardroom, to others.

The instructor made it easy to relate and understand the course. I think the company is doing a good job on the layout of the courses and information given and how it’s being given, like having the weekly zoom meetings and being able to engage and ask questions.

This was the first ever mastermind I have been to where you’re actually talking about what’s going on in your business and being asked where you need help and getting ANSWERS! It was a fun-learning experience.

Dean Sherman Ragland is a Beacon of Light in the Real Estate Space! The Dean as he's known around the campus, has developed a road map to successfully build a six, seven, eight and nine figure business. That's right, you heard me SAY A NINE FIGURE BUSINESS!! There are very successful pupils that I've met and interacted with that come in as Keynote Speakers to events the Dean provides to the network! We just had our second Realinvestors VIP/Elite Mastermind Meeting and as usual.... Dean Ragland's vision and creativity was in full effect. My partner Nevage Malone already outlined what the group was exposed too and I dare any other so called GURU to put up or shut up with again, the blueprint for each person or Joint Venture team was analyzed, critiqued, challenged and EDIFIED to successfully build and grow our own visions and desires. The how to and not to, do things were priceless. If you don't know...NOW YOU KNOW!

Something I love about the Real Investors community is that Sherman and Jessie are always open and willing to answer my questions. As I build my business, I can ask questions every step of the way - as I take action. I am not afraid to make mistakes and get messy, because I am well-supported.

This was my second time in the cruising for cash event, each training is absolutely better then the previous one! Only reason why I gave it a 4 was…

Only reason why I gave it a 4 was because I Thought it was going to be live zoom, but was a webinar. Sherman's knowledge, patience, teaching, along with his passion has been excellent.

Best investor training I've ever had.

Sherman is a great teacher

Sherman is a great teacher. He breaks things down so that they are easy to retain and he makes us physically do what he is teaching. I found 9 prospective properties while cruising 4 cash in an area I never would have thought of within 10 minutes. Now he is teaching us exactly what to do next. Worth every penny!

The content was off the chart

The content was off the chart, great, the inspiration/motivation/positive vibe was great, the support was very good, but at some point logging on to the multiple sites got confusing for me, and at other times the screen froze. I thought my computer was the problem, but when I logged on to the Facebook group other people were having the same issues, as in frozen video. All in all a great experience. I learned a whole lot and plan to be even more committed in the future. Of all the choices of things to do that you have, thank you for choosing to do this. I am grateful.

Sherman is an excellent teacher!

Sherman is an excellent teacher! He takes time to fully explain each lesson without overloading you with information. This 21 day course literally takes students that know nothing about real estate investing and gives them all the tools to earn their first profit check within a short time. Sherman has created something truly special here, I can't thank him and his staff enough.

Sherman has proven to be a great teacher, motivator and entertainer. The only thing more I could ask for from Mr. Ragland is friendship.

Sherman has proven to be a great teacher to me by making me a better student, which makes me a better teacher. After taking several Real Estate courses in the past Realinvestors blows them all out of the water. I recommend this course to everyone 1000%.

The class was great, but a few suggestions

The class was great, but didn't warrant 4 days. Most ppl were ready, installed after day 1. The things that were most helpful were the information on skip tracing, and talking to sellers (with special guests involved, to include lead mine company) I feel the class would be a great introduction and jump start to Phase 2, but located in the 21 day course. You may also want to just make the videos available, and/or include in FSBO Market Domination and offer periodically, but this doesn't require 4 days.

Good overview of howto use leadflow and real flow tools. There were some glitches with the accessibility of the tools, made it a hindance to get leads for a deal. May need more than 4 1hr sessions as the sessions were longer than 1 hour

The reasons I gave a 5 star was based on the 4-day use of Leadflow mobile app and realinvesttools desktop app : 1) It's a user friendly mobile app with ease to click on the subject properties then click "follow". 2) Next, instantly data transfers from the mobile app to the desktop computer. Finally, information is ready for analysis.
