A failure of service.
I purchased the standard package for the Cherax Mod Manager, for use with GTA: Online Enhanced. I did not receive my code at point of purchase. I then had to go to their discord (which I do not like doing) to try and speak with support. After about 9 hours of waiting, I received a message asking for my email, and then no further correspondence. It is now 2:33 pm the next day, and still nothing. I understand things happen, occasionally mistakes are made, and normally I am a very patient and understanding person, but there are many people in the Discord expressing the same frustrations, and it appears that very few are being assisted. I am coming to believe that I have been scammed. If a positive outcome is not reached by Monday (It is Saturday afternoon as of writing) I will attempt to seek a refund.

Didnt get license key
Didnt get license key. Many people with same problem for like 3 days now. Support not being helpful at all. Filled refund form and not heard anything since. Edit. Its been now 17 days and still havent heard anything.
NO KEY
I bought a key a week ago. Worked perfectly. The website is CURRENTLY, struggling and no one is receiving their keys.. + Support is being very unprofessional. They ignore messages if you ask for a refund due to terrible service.

Horrible, please save your time AND money and buy from somewhere else or the original product website, I had purchased from here and so have many many other people and the license keys is just empty, there was no warning on the site or anything. I now asked for a refund as the refund policy lists "If there’s a technical issue not listed on our site, a refund may be granted within 7 days." as I said it is NOT listed on the site. I was then ignored in my ticket there is also many other people in the discord server with the same issue as noone is reciving keys and they gave one update saying the servers are down and thats all we get? do NOT buy here.
