It's great to get a good deal on MS products. I wish you could get more recycled solutions like Adobe, Quicken, or other practical licenses. The process was very simple and in no time I was running Microsoft Office 16 which is am upgrade from all our home computers we lost in the fire. Thank you fro being here. jb
I had a small problem and the customer service was awesome dealing with it.
Quick service, and the key worked right away! Thanks!
the support after purchasing software was fantastic
I am a repeat customer. I have bought Windows and Office products from this company for several computers over the past 5 years or so. The products are legitimate, downloaded directly from Microsoft. Occasionally, I have needed to use their support and it has always been excellent - you can speak with a real person who will resolve your issues. Before I found recycled-software.com, I used to upgrade Windows directly from Microsoft, which was much more expensive and their support is essentially useless in comparison. I would recommend recycled-software.com very highly to anyone.
download was a little confusing to me but a quick call straightened me out. A few days later someone from the company called to be sure everything went well and I was happy with the purchase. This was my 2nd or 3rd purchase from them
Tom spent quite a few minutes on the phone helping me activate the Visio product I purchased. I felt helpless until he freely offered and performed detailed assistance.
I’m a return customer and they’re the best with prices and service!
Everything worked perfectly! It was easy and I could do the entire purchase & Install after working hours.
Purchased MS Project 2019 Pro without any issues....logged into Microsoft profile, enter product key,, downloaded and activated without any problems!
Great price, quick response, up and running in minutes.
Great experience, all was fast, ready and simple.
The only thing that would have given the fifth star is the phone contact. I believe it was offshore and very bumpy.
The entire prices went well from browsing to purchase to download to install and activation.
They did exactly what they said they would do! Great Pricing and Help after the purchase!!!
