Faulty phone under warranty, ignored for over five weeks

Bought a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro (Premium) in October 2025. Around seven months later it completely lost cellular service - permanent "No Service", unusable for calls, texts or data. We did every troubleshooting step and confirmed the SIM works in another phone. Apple Diagnostics confirmed an internal hardware fault. The phone has a tiny cosmetic nick on one corner - the screen is fully intact - which we disclosed upfront. Reebelo first declined the claim calling it a "cracked screen", which it isn't. After we sent photos, they agreed on 26-27 June to send it to the vendor for inspection and confirmed our Australian Consumer Law rights remained. Since then: silence. We asked for the return label on 30 June, followed up on 19 July, and raised a fresh ticket with the full history. Over five weeks later, still no reply. Reebelo has no phone support, so there's no way to escalate directly. A phone that can't make calls seven months in is a major failure under the ACL. We've now had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Protection WA to get any response. Disappointing for a company that markets itself on customer experience.

Always meet or exceed expectations

You always meet or exceed expectations of product condition. I went to mobile federation for the first time ever (I've bought 5 phones and 2 laptops from Reebelo). The condition of the phone was Fair at best, despite buying 'Excellent' condition. I returned it and paid the extra $15 for the 'Great' condition at Rebeelo an it was flawless.

I brought an iphone 14 pro max, gold, 512GB, in very good condition. Short to say i was very dissatisfied. I was reassured by Reebelo that in very good condition the phones screen would only have “Light scratches” and the body would have “Some signs of regular use only visible from a 12-inch distance”, well when i revived the product the screen was COVERED in deep visible scratches and the body was even worse with even some small chucks of metal scraped off. And most disappointing of all i was guaranteed above 80% battery health, well when i turned on the phone it was the first thing i looked at and it was well below that!
