I’ve been a member of Renew Youth for five years now. My hormones have changed and they’ve been diligent in adjusting them and also listening to my concerns about certain medications I didn’t want to be on… I can’t tell you refreshing it is to have a healthcare provider LISTEN to me and actually hear my concerns and fears without brushing me off. Renew Youth is a great company. They are easy to work with and listen to your concerns. Process is so easy. Glad I found a company that is experienced with BHRT and they have helped me to feel the best version of myself.
Appointment with doctor was on time. Fees include lab test, drug purchase, shipping and brief doctor interview- about $500.
Don’t use this place! They’re way too expensive and they’re shady! They charged me for lab work that was supposed to be part of my monthly membership leaving me $60 for Christmas! They charged me with NO warning! Is this what you want? Also, I never got my medication on time n went several days without it on several occasions! What’s the point of being on medication if you have breaks in getting it on time? This happened multiple times and one time I didn’t get my medication at all but I certainly paid for it! I have since left this scam organization! If anyone wants a legitimate referral to an amazing doctor that doesn’t price gauge you please let me know.
All decisions relative to any clients are made based upon well-established business practices. We are indeed sorry to see things end this way. It is important to note that the membership plan referenced in the individual’s review was discontinued. At that time, it was clearly communicated in writing that upon discontinuation of any membership plan, all services going forward (if the client wished to continue with us) would be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. With this in mind, and as indicated in the post, this individual elected to continue with having lab work done well after the membership cancellation. Please note that all clients are notified of what the fee would be for lab tests before having them done and are charged accordingly once results are received. We acknowledge that there were two orders that shipped late within the last 6 months. When this occured we financially compensated for the orders in question, but we also adjusted shipping timelines to prevent any future delays. While mistakes of this nature do happen from time to time, we actually look upon these rare occurrences as being opportunities to show our integrity by making things right. With that said, the statements made within this review are fundamentally inaccurate to what has transpired, and are inconsistent with our client-centric approach to doing business. In this case, this individual wanted to continue receiving services that had previously been covered under a membership plan that had been canceled, and then wanted to continue receiving those services free of charge. We stand by our 27-year history as a client-centered business, and we encourage readers to consider the many positive experiences that have been shared by others.

On the plus side: Customer service has been excellent. My second provider seems pretty knowledgeable and agreeable.On the minus side: my first provider no- showed on a virtual appointment. The mark-up on the meds and labs seems a little high.

This company is not it. They need to watch what they are doing because they could get themselves in a lot of trouble or hurt someone. First off, they are way too expensive. Next, they are not doctors. And you can not talk to an actual doctor when you need too. My firsr test indicated i was post menopause which i know im not bc i still get periods. My estrogen was 29. They tried to put me on estrogen. This is per their advice, not what the ACTUAL doctor thinks. I said i only wanted progesterone. (I did my research and i know estrogen fluctuated wildly in perimenopause) so i did get the progesterone only. Started taking it and a few weeks later i have some labs drawn. My estrogen went from 29 to 167 without taking estrogen. I brought it up to Michael. I said, yall tried to put me on estrogen and now look at my number. He said ummmmm yeah i think you need an estrogen blocker actually. WHAT? No way. Thats why i am saying this company can hurt you. I am about to just go to an actual Doctor. Then when i was getting off the phone he says, well your testosterone was low the first time( they didnt run labs this second time) he said your testosterone stays low if it was like that in the first test and will help you. Ummm yes testosterone does also fluctuate in perimenopause as well. Man these people are just not it. I am shaking my head from the disgust. So disappointed in them. They really seemed like they cared at first but now they are becoming pushy car salesmen. Actually i thought my labs looked good this time and they just could not be positive. They had to try to sell me something and i even told him 2 different phone calls that i feel so much better. All i needed was a little progesterone. I can get that from somewhere else easily without the BS and just run my own labs. Chatgpt helped more than this company.
