When you spoke to our two agents, both explained we’d be paying off your existing car loan, and you would get the difference. In addition, it was listed on the contract. We would really like to understand where the disconnect occurred.

Relatively easy processes
Relatively easy processes and approval, but APR high. If you need money quickly and can pay it off within 6 months to a year, they may be the way to go.
