Fairly simple but interest rates excessive
The process was fairly simple. The customer service members I worked with were helpful and friendly. Overall the website was on the easier side. However, the interest rate applied during the finalization is extreme. Higher than most any other credit card or loan offered anywhere. The initial rate you think you are applying for is nowhere near where they will pretend you need to be at in order to be approved. The rate I was quoted on the phone was 3 points less than the actual rate in the paperwork, yet still over 12 points higher than the initial rate applied under. If I wasn’t able to payoff this loan more quickly, I would never have agreed to those terms.
Excellent customer service!! Highly recommended very good support from start to finish. They send funds to your account fast...I will definitely recommend to consolidate bills👏

Very unhappy with this shady loan company
I was happy with this company up until today. I applied for another loan through them and got approved right away. After talking with several different people from that company and getting the rates and interest rates read to me, they said it was all good and did I want to go ahead. I said yes and signed the paperwork, all was good. At this point I was very happy with my dealings with them. They said I was all set but they needed a minute to finalize it. I was put on hold and when they came back they said, I’m sorry but we made a mistake. You can still have the loan but the payments are going up almost $80.00 more a month. I asked why and they told me there was a mix up in the numbers on that side but they were sorry. I said but the paperwork has been signed, this meant nothing to them. They asked if I still wanted it, I said no and you lost me as a customer forever. I will continue to tell everyone about how Reprise does business. They are dishonest, deceiving and loan sharks.
To sum it up. I would stay away from this company. They lie to get you in and hope you will just accept the loan after they real you in and change the terms last minute. NEVER AGAIN.

You are correct, we will not approve a loan that will put our customer in a worse financial position because they do not have sufficient income to successfully repay it. It is unfortunate that other lenders do not take a similar position.
