Kevin D is definitely a well-versed, knowledgeable, resourceful and well-rounded individual. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Great service! Though I was tired, Kevin was like the Energizer Bunny. I know he was exhausted because I would be too after exerting so much energy for so many different people. I thought about that as he assisted me. He most certainly enjoys his job and is adamant about helping the individual.
