I used Resolve for my first contract out of Fellowship and had such a fantastic experience. The team was super prompt, professional, and efficient. From my initial phone consultation to the final signed product, I had all of my questions answered thoroughly and felt extremely confident that all of my concerns were met. Highly recommend for future fellows looking for guidance navigating this process. Will definitely be using Resolve again in the future for any contract re-negotiation.

Disappointed by the process
This was my first experience working with resolve but also my first contract. I was a little disappointed by the process. I was told the attorney would be negotiating with my employer but they did not engage in negotiations and instead I was the one performing all communication with my employer. I’m not sure if I would use resolve again
I was very pleased that the reviewer looked at the contract.
I was informed of aspects that I had not considered.

Must have for contract negotiation
Lauren Kaufman worked with me at every step of my new employment contract process. She communicated directly with my future employer and was a great advocate for my goals. Fast and extremely helpful
I worked with Bryce, he was excellent. I had a lot of reservations/near panic about my hospital contract. He helped me understand that it wasn't as dire as I feared, that it was fairly standard language and stipulations. He put some worries to rest and quickly drafted edits to meet a tight deadline. In the end I signed the contract.
