I recently ordered a full-face CPAP mask and headgear, a style I'd never before used. It turned out that the size mask I ordered was too small. The agent understood my problem and issued me a store credit sufficient for me to completely pay for the two larger masks.

Customer service was great I had two accounts set up and did not realise it and one account had the wrong address on it one of my accounts had an email address I could no longer access. So they combined the two accounts together for me so I can access my account and see my purchase for both accounts.
