Vorsicht!

Friendly and fast, they found exactly what we were looking for!
We had many constraints for our holidays, but they found exactly what we were looking for. Even better than we were expecting. In a friendly environment and in a very short time, we had an option to choose between several very good offers. Afterward, we had some questions which were answered immediately.
Last but not the least, apart from perfect English and German, we could speak also in our native language (one of the Serbo-Croatian-like languages).
We hope our holidays will be as promised. :)

Well
The Restplatzbörse is a very good guide when it comes to the topic of tour operators. I changed my opinion!
Well planned holiday, more expensive than a flat rate. However, an additional night was booked so I could use the room longer on the day of departure. Nonsensical since I was already picked up at 13 o'clock from the hotel and therefore I paid one day for free. Note: I usually spend the last day on the beach.) An early check out did not help. I was not informed in advance about the additional booked day and got in retrospect no refund.
