We’ve been part of this mastermind for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. What stands out most is the access to other operators who are actually in the trenches—not just theory. The conversations are real, and you can take ideas and implement them quickly in your own business. Like anything, you get out what you put in. If you show up, engage, and are willing to be honest about where you’re at, there’s a lot of value to be gained. It’s been helpful for us in refining operations, thinking bigger, and connecting with people who understand the challenges that come with scaling.
