I’m a religious 7.5 wide and got that with these. They’re cute, but the length was too long while the actual width was super narrow. My feet hung off the edges of the shoe, and the straps were tight enough to hurt my toes. These also had an abnormally long toe and narrow toe area - like there was a solid inch from the longest toe to the edge of the shoe.

I recived a wadded up black hat with a few shabby black and reddish orange feathers NO BIG PURPLE FEATHERS AT ALL. In fact no BIG feathers at all. There isn't as much tool as shown either and everything that is glued on looks like it was glued by my 4 year old niece...its a gluey mess. Good thing its night and dark when I have to wear it. :(
Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Order from Amazon. Ordered advent jigsaw 3 wks ago. Only just received tracking email being shipped from China. No response from customer service having emailed twice. Awful. Wish I had gone somewhere else. Thankfully paid with PayPal so raising case with them.
These are really cute
These are really cute. The quality is ok. But she is always slipping and falling during her jumps and skips. I’m going to have to buy her new shoes before she hurts herself!

Good product, no customer service, delivery times not great
I ordered an advent jigsaw on the 25th October with a 7 to 10 delivery window. Said jigsaw did not arrive within the time frame. I emailed twice but had no response other than a useless tracking number which didnt apply to any courier, so opened a case with Paypal in their resolution centre. The jigsaw arrived today 3 days after opening my case with paypal by tracked 48 hour royal mail. The product is of good quality for the money paid and I have no complaints other than the delivery times and lack of customer service. Would suggest you pay via paypal so you do have some cover and a way of resolving issues with them but the product is good as far as I can tell.

I think this India plant management missed the size chart. I ordered a size men's size 10M. The tongue reads 10M, however, these are most likely a size 6 for boys. Great Quality Control.

Order two jigsaw advent calendars on 1st November. Money has been taken from my account but i am receiving no replies to my question of delivery date. This happened to me before when ordering through facebook from Joules clothing obviously wasn't them money gone again.

Nice price & the style was kinda cute but when I took it out of the package it smelled (also had blonde hair on it) like someone which I thought was weird but I moved past it. Tried the jacket on & put my hands in the pockets and PULLED OUT A USED TISSUE and a receipt from Kentucky where I don’t even live.DO NOT BUY !!!

Tracking shows the Advent Calendars leaving China but today showing goods are being returned to source. No one answering emails. If I'd known it was China I would not have ordered. I can't believe the reviews I am seeing. Wish I had checked here first.
Appalling quality of service. No customer care. At all!
I ordered a calendar, expecting an A3 size with beautiful artwork. I waited a long time (over 10 days) to receive my item which is a great disappointment: it is A4 and the quality is not as described. I have contacted them twice and received no reply. Please give this company a wide berth.

Ordered 16 days ago. Order states still not out for delivery. Money was taken straight away. Not had my order or any correspondence. PayPal says I need to wait for them to respond ( until 2/12/23) seeing as the order was advent calendars this is not very helpful. Like others have said, I wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER from these people

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ordered advent jigsaw puzzle 3 weeks ago. Money taken straight away. Tracking number invalid. Am contacting Santander to report, and to see if I can get money back.
Don’t bother, they don’t send what you’ve asked for!
I’ve been ignored for asking to return an item. I then re- ordered another t shirt in the correct colour and design, once again an incorrect t shirt has arrived! 2 t shirts I now don’t need. Terrible customer service due to being non existent. I definitely ordered correctly the 2nd time due to the first mistake! I’m now doubting I made a mistake. Returns says email for return email address, but they clearly don’t answer emails! Every company normally has a returns address to view on their site.

Don’t use this company not in uk but china takes ages for purchase to arrive and has no similarities to what you’ve brought. Emails go unanswered. Won’t ever use again or buy anything advertised on Facebook
