Ordered box of date cards as other people have on here. Box of empty envelopes delivered. Complete rip off. Ordered before Christmas and arrived 3 Jan. Item no longer showing on website and can't contact the company. Have received a response. They will refund 50% and if I return the item I have to pay to do so! SCAM COMPANY
AVOID... Products not as advertised and no response to customer service emails. VISA should stop processing payments for companies like this...
I ordered a handheld game before Christmas, a present for my son. It never arrived! I e-mailed them a few times but no response. I then ordered from Amazon, which arrived the next day. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RICIFE !!!

I too ordered date night box. 3 of them as Christmas presents. Didn’t arrive in time so cancelled. Then arrived yesterday 3 boxes of empty envelopes. £52 out of pocket and no response to e mails. Scam.
Scam! Ordered a date night box and as i have read on here received a box with 50 empty envelopes in... no dates! Waiting for reply and have raised dispute with paypal.. do not use save your money!
The date night box contained just empty envelopes. No reply from company, so had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Wished I had read the reviews before I ordered it.
I'm annoyed at myself for not doing my research on this company first but it's clear that they're a fraudulent company. I ordered Christmas presents on the 12th December but nothing has arrived. No tracking number and no response from them. Doubt I'll get a refund but will try!
Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Ordered a Christmas present on 1st November. Didn’t arrive until 27th December, damaged and unusable. Disgusting service. Have emailed customer service but based on what I’ve read I don’t expect a reply or refund. Disgusting.

Order arrived late, and I was sent a box of empty envelopes, not the gift I ordered.
Do not order this is a scam items never arrived!!! This company takes your money discusting!!! They dont reply as they dont exist, they even send you tracking emails to make you believe i never thought i wouldbfall for this but i did!

Order 3 calendars for Christmas presents bank in October. Emailed, chasing delivery several times and heard nothing back from them. Logged a complaint and requested funds to be returned with PayPal and miraculously, my money was returned to my account within days! No email or explanation. Such a shame as the calendars looked really good.... But at least I got my money back!!
Do not order from this company, ordered some Christmas decorations and they’ve never turned up. It says Evri is going to deliver them but the tracking number doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed them several times they just send the tracking number!! Won’t be ordering again!!
Like so many other’s wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed order after reading their time frame on shipping thinking it would be here in time for Christmas. Tracking number cannot be found emails being ignored. Do not I Repeat DO NOT order from this shame of a company. Also not based in the uk as the site makes you think. Should be removed

I ordered 2 angels for little add on presents on 1st December, the tracking has not updated since the 8th of December, I’ve emailed 5 times with no response, absolute scam, it looks like these won’t arrive if I’m honest, all I want now is a refund but guess what not responding to that, wish I had read the reviews, no way of contacting them… 😡😡😡😡😡
