My experience with Ricmotech has been a great one. They offer quality products that work properly. Many of the products can't be found anywhere other than Ricmotech. The customer service is excellent and I enjoyed communicating with them on questions I've had. Three words... QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL & KNOWEDGABLE. That's Ricmotech. Sincerely, Bryce Simoneaux
How can you rate this company anything less than a 5? These people here are passionate about sim racing And are very nice people to deal with. Never demeaning or insulting. Always very supportive and 100% stand behind their products! If your serious about sim racing And have a thrustmaster or are looking to build our even just get into sim racing. Beginner or expert ricmotech is the number 1 high performance sim racing equipment supplier! Easily the best customer service you can get in this business. And definitely the highest quality parts
Received a product from this company as a gift. I also was not aware of them before asking how the person found the product. The company seems very interested in customer service. Thank you for being customer focused. Thrustmaster Sparco add on is perfect. Glad this company exists. I will look into them in the future.
