I flight at least once a month and last…
I flight at least once a month and last trip I parked at the Microtel Inns&Suites(BWI) just around corner from where I just booked and really liked the experience with them. For some reason they were not an option that was available to me. I even called them to ask if they were still working with rightway. Hopefully you get an app soon. I was happy to see that I could pay with Apple Pay, maybe it was available before but I don’t remember it.

This is my third time using them. Everyone is great. The guys direct you around the property; the shuttle driver was wonderful. He calls ahead so the property can pull your vehicle around.

Website really funky, had to try several times, and entering the time for the parking was particularly difficult, as the choices were blank, so had to guess until I got close enough.
They charge for one full day of parking…no matter how far in advance you cancel
They charge for one full day of parking for cancellations no matter if it's 1 week in advance or 24 hours in advance..they also charge a service fee....DO NOT USE! Other parking services offer full refunds if you cancel in advance....Why would you ever choose RIGHTWAY???!! Learned the the hard way. Made a reservation and cancelled the next day, 48 hours before flight . I am being charged $23 for nothing!!!!
Great customer service
Easy access to the website to schedule parking and pricing is reasonable. The customer service from the shuttle bus drivers and front office at skyline parking is great.
