I like that accurate analysis and suggestions for improvement. I like that it is short exercises that I can fit anytime into my day. I found it a little challenging at first to remind myself to hop in and do an exercise, but when I realized how useful they are and how short the lessons are, you will really start to enjoy it, and want to do more.
