It's been over a week and a half and no…
It's been over a week and a half and no shipping notification. I've replied to their email to cancel the order and there has been no response. They were plenty quick to accept my money.
Non-existent service
I ordered a band 2-3 yrs ago. It fit and worked well. This band needed replacement so I ordered the same band in the same size. This one detaches itself from my watch. Their website states I can "live chat" with a CSR. In order to do so, I had to set-up a Facebook acct. I passed on that offer and sent an email. I was promised a reply w/in 24 hrs, often w/in 1 hr. Neither occurred and I'm still not able to use the band. If they can't service their product, the future is bleak and I'll move on to another company and cancel my sale w/ Ritche.
A really good design, but with room for improvement.
I like your watch bands, including specifically their fabric material, and their easy-to-use spring-pin engagement levers. However, to make these bands truly terrific, I have a 'Human Factors' suggestion: * There are two band-strap loops that hold the excess length of the band in place once buckled. This is good - HOWEVER, the location of the first band-strap loop (the one closest to the buckle) is way, WAY too close to the buckle; you really cannot physically bend and loop the extended band into this first loop. SOLUTION: move this first loop another 9mm or 10mm (3/8") farther away from the buckle. Such a design change would make this first loop actually useable. (Such an easy change, but one that would make people use your bands for the rest of their lives!)

Ordered 3 straps
Ordered 3 straps. Stitching on the 18mm leather band is falling out, so tossed those. 18mm plastic straps pin on buckle clasp fall out. I have numerous pins so that was an easy fix. Tried these as an alternative to Barton, which has been my go to for years.

Unreachable support
Made order on August 1, not received yet and even not shipped. Tried to reach customer support many times without success. I had to open a case in PayPal for the refund.
Ripoff scammers - avoid
Charged my card, no items sent, no reply to email or chat. Had to have CC company cancel charge. Ripoff scammer company.
Taking excessively long to ship, and no communication whatsoever
I ordered three straps on 8/1. By Ritche's longest estimate, it should have shipped in 7 business days, or 8/10. Today is 8/13, and not only has it not shipped, but I have received exactly 0 words of communication from Ritche despite reaching out via email and Instagram direct messaging. I've had good experiences with Ritche in the past, so this boggles the mind. It's like they all went on August vacation and didn't leave a notice.

Product arrived quickly, even though it came from China. Tracking kept me very well informed. Exactly the quality that I had hoped for. Great company, great product.

From ordering and paying for a product…
From ordering and paying for a product until receipt is far too long. I'm at two weeks for delivery and still have not received my order. Previous strap orders cam in a ti.ely manner but I have found the colors fade very quickly with regular wearing. I'm unlikely to order again for these reasons.
Good Leather Strap
Received the leather strap as expected. Quality good.
No communication
No communication. After waiting a few days (more than the days stated on the website) I still had not received an update on my order. I emailed the company and never received a response. Shipping took over 3 weeks.

I got my order however it was hard to get in contact with the company/customer support. 4 stars because the watch strap was so Nice. Thanks!
