Thanks Jessy! We love our scrapwood awards too. So glad that you like them! They're fun to put together and they help to eliminate wood waste. Many thanks to you and the SBC team for supporting our work and for the good work that you are doing. We look forward to working with you again soon!
Gratitude!
This is my first year with the CAEE team and therefore first year working with Rivanna. From what I can tell, my team loves using Rivanna as a vendor. What I have learned this year is your team is quick to respond, flexible, professional, super quick to ship! We have considered upgrading our awards, but with a small non-profit, that is not possible at this time. Thank you for keeping affordable and sustainable options available for orgs just like ours!

Thank you Sarah! We do our best to keep our pricing competitive -- not an easy task since we make our products in the USA and pay living wages. Customers like you and your team at CAEE who recognize and appreciate our efforts make it possible for us to continuing doing what we do. We really appreciate it!

We ordered the Mark trophy and are very pleased with the product. The team was easy to work with, and professional. We had several edits to our proofs and the team was able to accommodate them. The production and delivery time was even faster than anticipated.

Thank you Hannah. And from all of us (many pet owners), thanks for giving us the opportunity to support your efforts to create a more sustainable pet industry. We look forward to working with you again soon.
Beautiful awards and fantastic customer service!
I'm so happy that we were able to make the switch to Rivanna for our awards. The awards we order are not only more aesthetically pleasing, but more sustainably crafted, which aligns with our core values. I've also been impressed by the customer service and the speed with which our orders were processed and delivered. Rivanna is more expensive than our previous supplier, but you get what you pay for.

Hi Mara, Thanks so much for the kind words. We're thrilled to be your new awards partner and really appreciate your recognition of what we do. Paying living wages, manufacturing here in the U.S., and sticking to our net zero goals do add to our costs—but they’re core to who we are, and we're glad that value comes through. We're grateful for your support and so glad the switch to Rivanna has been a good one! We look forward to working with you again soon. Thanks for all the good that you do.

This is our second year working with Rivanna Natural Designs and the quality is great once again. We love the eco-friendly, beautiful awards they make and we already know we'll be back again next year! Communication is great with sales team and designer. They're quick to get proofs prepared. Awards arrive well-packaged and quickly.
