Took longer than expected to process and approve! I was traveling and my communication like also delayed the approval time frame. I had to send info to several different parties! Should only have to deal with one person through the process!
Sam was my initial contact and all the way thru getting the policies we wanted. I made contact well ahead of when we would need it to check prices and he input everything and checked with me periodically to insure all was on schedule. We finalized today and it was easy peasy. Thanks for having good folks willing to take extra time with new customers!

I was charged for a policy that did not cover my unit for over 7 months once discovered on 7/28 all they did was correct the policy with the correct unit. but I want a refund for paying for a RV policy that was for a unit that was never mines and had a claim occurred they would have been with in there legal rights to deny me as my unit is not a PUMA is a Cross road ( sunset )

It was fast and easy, Chris Smith was easy to talk to, more like a hunting buddy than an agent, That being said he knew his stuff, asked the right questions, and came up with a quote that was half what "the other guys" wanted
Roamly reached out to us becaus our rate was going up. Chris found us another plan for less than previous plan saving us aout $300.
I don't know what happened but after I purchased a policy I have not been able to connect with a Roamly representative for any help I needed. I tried to email my Agent at Roamly, and called customer service multiple times only to be sent to voicemail.
CHris King was very helpful in getting me a better rate when my Policy was due to increase over $800. He saved me $177 from my previous years Policy. Thanks again for the pain free handling of my RV insurance!!!!
