I cannot say enough good things about Terri Phillips! She spent over an hour on the phone with me, patiently answering every question I had—even through all of my side stories and extra details. At no point did I feel rushed. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
When you're trying to insure four vehicles, a boat, a camper, a golf cart, and add a teenager to the policy, it can feel overwhelming. Terri made everything easy to understand and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every decision. Her patience, expertise, and exceptional customer service truly made all the difference.

Communication was good
Communication was good. When purchased policy value you assigned trailer was below actual value which i didn't reilize until affter claim. Copart for title processing was total disaster. The lost title i mailed to them even provided recipts they received. Due to there failure they made you look bad by delaying claim. But i would recommend your insurance just with caveat of makeing sure policy limits are equal to value of trailer.

I stated I am not a homeowner, yet somehow got a homeowner rate, when I asked about it I was told my policy would increase $4 a month. It's $15 more a month. I don't appreciate being lied to.

A human answer the phone; coverage was quick and affordable
The phone was answered by an actual HUMAN (Santiago) after ringing only one time; that blew me away! Then within less than 10 minutes, I had competitive insurance coverage with an ID card after having spent the previous two hours bouncing around between other insurers and getting nowhere. My Roamly coverage is affordable and complete. So glad I made the decision to move from a mainstream insurer to one that understands the niched needs of the camper van / RV owner.

Spoke to a young man named Josh Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. Took all the time to give me several Quotes on my RV. He got me a great price on combing my two RV’s. I’ll definitely be going back to Josh at Roamly for all my RV insurance needs! I highly recommend speaking to Josh when you call.
Roy Phillips has stuck with me on insuring our Monte Carlo travel trailer. As a Texas cattleman, I'm very busy with breeding, calving, and baling hay. It took a couple of months of postponement to finally get the data to make me a proposal, and another couple to get me time to evaluate and come to a decision; but we did and I delighted to have met and done business with an agent that pays attention to details, and digs to get the best insurance to satisfy my needs.
