BEWARE!!! Server ran perfect for weeks until…
Server ran perfect for weeks until payment day so BEWARE!!! Unexperienced Tech support staff!!! Staff crashes out your server by messing with the Alpine files. DO NOT GIVE THEM ADMIN PRIVLEGES TO REPAIR YOUR SERVER!!! They will destroy it. Some of the staff has zero knowledge. Took my money 03/03/2026 the following day the server was crashed out!!! Reached out to them with copied error list and they said nothing until now! Today 03/19/2026 asked what they can do to help after weeks went by. Smooth things over so they can get another payment in there pockets coming up next month and issues start all over again. Dime store employees. 1of1 servers is a better choice and ZERO issues! Just sayin!!! Good luck ongoing customers.
RocketNode has been awesome for hosting my server. Setup was easy, performance has been great, and everything runs smoothly with no problems. Their support team is quick, polite, and actually helpful, which makes a huge difference. If you're looking for reliable server hosting, RocketNode is definitely worth it.

I've had nothing but amazing support from the team at rocketnode!
Their servers are quite well put together and easy to use aswell, would definitely recommend this to any new person looking to start something small or try at something big!
Our server was not starting and went offline, but Muneeb R. helped me instantly and fixed the issue right away. Now the server is working perfectly and active again. Thank you so much, Muneeb R.! This is the best support I’ve ever received from Rocketnode.

Worked with me to find solutions…
Worked with me to find solutions to my problem, helped with an SQL upgrade, and answered additional questions and didn’t close my ticket until I was satisfied.
Great service.
