I like having a "Personal Manager" that I can actually talk to, explain my realities, and ask questions of. Hayden has always treated me with nothing but respect, and he's helped me out whenever he can, within the parameter you have give him. Whatever you're paying him, he deserves a big raise. But, don't EVER replace him. I still need his help.
