I have ordered from Active Ventilation on multiple occasions, for various roofing projects, and every time they have either met or exceeded my expectations. They manufacture high-quality products and make the ordering process very easy, and pay close attention to specific requests and delivery instructions. I consider AVP a valuable asset and take comfort knowing that my order will be correct and on time. My only request would be that they offer physical color samples for the numerous color options that they offer.

Great product shipping package is bad. Corners were bent because product not tightly boxed

Please know that we take this issue seriously. We're actively reviewing and improving our packaging practices to ensure future shipments arrive safely and securely. Took longer than expected to receive the product.
Thank you so much for your review. We’re truly sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive. Each fan is carefully assembled and tested by hand before moving to the painting line, and this hands-on process takes time to ensure everything meets our standards. Once completed, shipping by truck can add a few more days depending on the route and location. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re committed to improving so future experiences are smoother. We hope to have the privilege of serving you again.
