wonderful product
wonderful product, price, and service. 10/10
Great Product!
I have purchased two Ruach GS-5 wooden guitar stands for my 6 string and 12 string guitars. The stands are sturdy, material finish of high quality, and craftsmanship is excellent. They provide an exceptional way to display my guitars, as well as to have them readily available to play.

Also this second purchase is very satisfying. This time we got the stand and also the pedal board in mahogany. Both pieces are stunning, well built and the timber looks high quality. We love these ones as much as we loved the stand in cherry. Delivery was unbelievably quick considering we are literally on the other side of the world! Thanks guys!
Good Product, Poor Communication Speed
Good product, but a little slow on the communication. If you're hoping to have reasonably fast communication through the company's website, think again. I had to track down someone through Facebook Messenger regarding an order. Products ship from Ireland, unless ordered from a dealer in your home country. Many dealers do not stock accessories, so prepare to wait a while. I really wish I could give 4-stars, but the lag time is just too high.
Loving it
This is my second Ruach board, love the build quality, great comma from Stephen too.

Cool piece of kit that no one else seems to offer, well put together and reasonably priced. Sent out promptly and making a positive difference to my DIY pedalboard already!
Delivery was delayed long deliver wait, grrrrrr.
Delivery was delayed, insure why, though driver demonstrated that part of the address was missing, namely my house number, this due to either poor pront line up on label, and/or lazy poster, Ruach? who never checked the address was legible. Who knows? The outcome is I paid for a quick delivery, but got 2nd best.

Hey Mike, I am very sorry to hear of the delivery issue with your order, we are looking into this individual case with the courier to ensure this does not happen again!
Unclear instructions resulting in damage to the stand
Although there are 3 bags of screws, each containing different sized screws, the instructions do not indicate which type of screw should be used to perform each step of the installation. I ended up using the wrong screws during the first step of building the stand and ended up creating a couple of small puncture defects on the wood finish due to using screws that were too long for the thickness of the wood. Disappointing that my stand already has small defects in the finish even before I started using it.

Hey Steven! Sorry to hear you have had an issue with your assembly. The instructions are printed on a double sided A4 piece of paper, noting each screw size and process. Can you confirm if you received this?
Nice board
Nice board Delivery was before promised Very happy.
Great guitar stand
Great guitar stand. Very easy to put together. Quick delivery. If I continue to buy guitars at the current rate I’ll need another one soon. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic guitar rack.

Hey Hossein, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about the delay in your goods being delivered. The winter storms disrupted and cancelled flights which unfortunately resulted in the delay of your parcel processing at the FedEx hubs. On the separate note of import fee's, the Canadian Government do charge their residents for importing goods to the country which is why they have charged you these taxes. Kind regards, Stephen
Perfect product
Easy to put together, fast delivery.
Easy to put together and very quick for delivery. A nice addition to our living room, I am thrilled we have something streamlined and attractive to store instruments. Very light when delivered and overall very happy with our purchase.
