五星级客户服务
我们订购了一张定制的自动上墨邮票，当它到达时，墨水已经洒满了盒子。 他们立即发出了替换品，甚至没有我们要求就加急发货。 我们的客户服务代理玛吉非常棒。

We were sent exactly what I ordered
We were sent exactly what I ordered, which was extremely important. The shipping cost are a bit high in comparison to the amount of time it takes to ship the item. Other than that, as always you do a great job.
Great quality and timing
Great quality and timing. Though there was a problem with first stamp received (prepress issue), Rubber Stamp Champ fixed and sent a replacement quickly and calmly.

Great help + good pricing + speedy service = my business
I have ordered all my stamps thru Rubber Stamp Champ over several years. I have few skills at the art programs, so having the creative staff who can tweak and interpret the work I send them means everything.

Cool Stamper
The stamper looks awesome and I love the purple ink...It is a bit hard to push down at times and does get stuck alittle but all and all, I really like it...
The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate, and the service was excellent. I was initially disappointed with the depth of the embossed impression, but the company contacted me and they promptly sent a replacement embosser. Their quick response and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate how they stood behind their product. Because of their outstanding service, I'm happy to update my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Stamp handle broke off at just under 25…
Stamp handle broke off at just under 25 uses. The stamp itself absorbs ink unevenly, so each stamp is a gamble. Have had to fall back to inking stamp with a roller to combat uneven inking. Probably should have just had envelopes professionally done. You live and you learn.
