My experience with RxPros was excellent. I filled out an easy in depth questionnaire, added my meds & a full body photo of myself & submitted it. Payment was easy & I got an approval reply from a real MD. Product arrived within 3-4 days with very explicit easy instructions.
This sign up process was simple and easy to follow thru. The RXPros were quick to answer back and get me the product I was requesting. The product arrived fast and gives explicit directions on what and what not to do to get the best results. I have tried 2 other GPL-1 carriers, one was significantly higher priced and wanted you to jump thru hoops to stay on the product. The second was lower priced but kept stringing you along with the pretense that you will get what you're asking for but actually sent you a product you were never interested in using.

First contact for a refill reminder was Wednesday at noon by Thursday at 5 PM. I had my prescription at my front door.
It is so reassuring to have Rx reach out when it was time for a refill. They contacted the doctor, and my medication arrived refrigerated shortly thereafter. They take all of the stress out of managing my health.
I purchased the one year program with RX Pro for Trizepatide. I had been with MedVi, and they increased my cost every month until it was $499/mo. RX pro shipped fast and I was updated throughout. I received my second shipment yesterday automatically ( no prompting). I also noticed the pharmacy has changed and checked they were certified and had active license. Greenwich out of Texas, is the new one, RX Pro also supplied some anti nausea pills, full instructions and syringes with each shipment. Very happy with them

Not the best or timely communication, seems as though the company is more focused on pushing out the meds. Communication was a bit confusing at times and very slow. But you do get the measurements out on time and I give you a 5 ☆ for that

Great customer service. I was worried about getting scammed and paying for something I would never receive. Opal was very helpful. I plan to start next week with the dosage and I’m hoping this works as well as my dosage was when I did the pens. (Before my insurance decided I had to pay out of pocket.

The product works but it will take time so be patient. I’m extremely happy with the results. The delivery has been amazing so I’m never waiting and worrying if my next shipment will be here before I run out. After comparing pricing with other companies I found Rx Pro to be the best price. I did the annual price which bet out the other competitor's.
I was amazed at how quickly I was approved and medication was shipped in the same day, which i received the following morning in an insulated cold box. The package also included everything I needed to administer the shots, as well as a medication for nausea "just in case". In addition, I was afforded a monthly cost saving me $150/month. I may get dropped by my bariatric doctor because I am no longer getting my script where they want me to, but as long as this works for me, it's no loss to me! Took the 1st shot - no side effects except mild nausea the 1st night. Otherwise, all is good. Hoping to continue and lose an additional 50# in the coming year.
