RxPros have helped me get control of my appetite and my diet. The medication comes safely packaged with everything I need to loose weight. The dosages are calculated for me. The cost is very reasonable. The weight loss is really helping me with my back pain. My bloodwork was perfect at my annual physical and my clothes are fitting better! I am only about 9 lbs from my goal weight!

Customer support is slow and tedious
Customer support is slow and tedious. Communication with this company is subpar. Finding a simple phone number is impossible, and probably for good reason - they don’t want to make it easy. I canceled when I received and read the email saying my next shipment was ready. They still sent me the product and charged me. I wrote to them on all venues possible asking for a refund with the condition that I send them back the product unopened, Once again, no timely response and when I finally did find their number, they said my case was under review. This should be an easy request and prompt decision situation. Of course, they finally ruled in their favor. Big surprise.

It was a good experience as far as losing weight goes. I have to be totally honest and say the response time is not good, sometimes non existent. After I do get a response, it gets resolved. Delivery service is good and price is comparable.

I switched to Rx Pros from another provider mainly bcause of the price.The trasition went smoothly, I was prescribed the same dosage that I had had been on & the meds were on time so there was no gap in doses.They were ontop of my second shipment it arrived a litte early even. The meds work great, Ive had no problems & Im happy with the company.
