Contacted with email. No response. Wrote a review. Immediate response, then after a couple requests for info and images that I provided, nothing!.. been since Friday, understood over the weekend, however Monday morning they should have at least opened my response. Broken heavy dueling saber blade, and malfunctioning rgb sound controller that shuts off randomly mid swing or sometimes when just lit up, full power down.

The delivery was straightforward, the product was as described. There was somewhat of a learning curve to operating the sabers at first, but the linked videos helped explain it pretty well. It looks like the videos were recorded with a different model and so not all the features or options were comparable, but it was close enough. Just know you might end up with a slightly different model to what they are showing online. Good product though! Fun to play around with and customize. Definitely a good purchase with their discounts, which are pretty frequent throughout the year.

Alright, almost everything was great. The quality, durability,timeliness. But there were no instructions on how to put the saber together. However straightforward it was there are likely somepeople who wouldn't be able to figure it out.

I got two sabers. The obi wan Kenobi ee, and the dualist. Both of the sabers are great quality, and I have been having a lot of fun with them. Besides a few minor things like, the controls of the lightsaber being a bit unnecessarily complicated and the manual not really explaining everything too well. I am very happy with my purchase, and may be adding more the the collection soon.
