Do not buy - Very Cheap!
Customer service is good. Very cheap saddle and the moderator won't post any real reviews on their website about the saddles. There were post that said that the saddle was high quality like a $2,000 saddle. Not TRUE! This saddle is made in India. Very cheap!!!!!!! The worst part is if you don't like it shipping will cost you $115 to return. The saddle does not fit any horses properly. It is cheap leather, very stiff, dry and cracking. They spray the saddle with a shiny lacquer. Because the saddle does not fit the horse properly it tends to throw the rider forward when riding. Not very secure like a saddle should be.
You are better off spending the money on a good used quality saddle.
UPDATE 7/18: Customer service reached out to me and sent me a shipping label to pay for the shipping. I was impressed with how their customer service handled my dissatisfaction. I would suggest before you purchase actually speak with someone in sales.
I updated my 1 star to a 3 star because of their customer service but the product is still not a well-made saddle.

Stealing my money!!
Stealing my money!!! Ordered a coat and returned it. Still waiting for refund 45 days later. They have n o excuse except to blame it on my bank...which is not correct, as I work in the POS industry. As of now they have stolen from me, and they do not care at all. Horrible!

Terrible company and terrible quality
Terrible company and terrible quality! My saddle arrived totally flat and malformed. They would not return without me paying shipping so I had to file a credit card dispute. The saddle was shipped flat and the saddle arrived looking completely flat and of course too wide. There is only one person working in the office and she is rude. Total waste of money, bad quality, no way it will fit your horse. That saddle wouldnt even fit a draft horse. Don't believe all the fake positive ratings.

Saddle was different that pictured
It was wider in the back and very hard to tighten on my horse and the stirrups were longer than the picture posted I will have to get a smaller cinch to use it on my horse and the breast collar was too big.

Great saddle ~ knowledgeable staff
I have a hard to fit high withered thoroughbred so I sent a wither tracing to Franchesca that works for saddleonline and she is the go to person. Always ask for her because she fit my horse perfectly! I bought a pretty painted barrel saddle and it fits my tb better than any of the $1000 or more saddles I tried! Highly recommend and will purchase from this company again!!!!!

English Starter Package
We ordered a English Starter Package for $159.99. We weren't expecting a lot for a cheap saddle. But to our surprise the saddle looks and rides great, our daughter loves it more then the trainer saddle. It puts her in the correct position and has improved her ridding. Love Love Love
Love love love my new All purpose set. Ordered my saddle on Friday and had it on my horse on Tuesday. They saddle fits like a dream and it so comfy.
I was surprised to see how nice the whole set is. I loved the braided leather reins and the bit attachment.
Generally when you buy package the bridle and the reins are not the best. That is not the case with saddleonline.
Top notch quality and speedy shipping.

Saddle online has a great show saddle
Thank you saddleonline for a great Show Saddle. I saw their lightning bolt show saddle offered by flash saddlery and fell in love with it. I ordered in Mid-January but I was aware it will be ready by End of March, am I glad that I pre ordered. I saved $500 on the saddle and got a $200 headstall reins and breast collar for free. I total paid under a $1000.00 and let me tell you the saddle feels and looks no less than $3000.0. I love my saddle and thank you saddleonline for offering one the most unique saddles I’ve ever seen.
So if you like this saddle I would suggest pre order cause it does take some time to get ready.

Comfortable Beautiful and a Great Fit What More can I ask for.
I just got my new saddle from SaddleOnline. I called to get some help and to see what would be the best saddle for my horse. Francesca in sales was extremely help full. She had me take a wither tracing and send it in to make sure the saddle I chose would fit my horse. I had decided on the Crystal Carved Brown Barrel Racing Horse Saddle, it looked just perfect in the picture also I really liked the rawhide horn and cantle. I also loved the fact that it was clearance for only $399.99, the saddle took about 5 days to get to me. But as soon as I opened the box it was perfect, seat was comfy and the fleece was very soft and well padded. I had also gotten a Girth and a pad to go with my new saddle and they were equally nice.
Overall my shopping experience with saddle online was excellent and easy. I’m glad they have a knowledgeable helpful staff to help me.
I would buy from them again.
