Was great and I gotta say thank you for sending me someone easy to communicate with he explained several times to myself and son everything as I had phone chalkenf3s the entire tome he was here. Alex was very friendly he arrived ontome I actually think early as I expected 8am install and saw him pull up to house. He explained as we walked thru house taught us how to work control panel tested it with us several times in different situations and cleaned up after himself which I appreciated greatly. He did In form me of additional products which I will consider in future. My technical issues with my were stressing me out and his patience and assistance were greatly appreciated as I was ready to throw my phone across the driveway. Anyways thanks Alex appreciate you glad you my tech for life I feel comfortable dealing with you your the best stay safe !

Misleading sales and shady practices
They will try to offload old, outdated equipment, such as the tiny control panels, unless you specifically call them out on it.
They will also try to upsell you during the installation. For example, they wanted to charge $350 for smoke detectors that sell online for around $30 brand new.
I specifically asked about this and was told by the technician that I could use a smoke detector I purchased elsewhere, but that the panel would need to be placed into pairing mode remotely. Now Safe Streets is refusing to do that, claiming they do not allow devices that were not purchased directly from them, even when the device is fully compatible. They simply want the additional sale. Plain and simple.
I was misled, and they are now refusing to release me from the contract.
