The course was easy to follow, and included all pertinent information regarding operating a motor vehicle in AZ. I noted two typographical errors in the material. Unfortunately, I didn’t make a note of where they were; however, one was in a sub-heading and involved a conjunction, I believe. The other one was in the material explaining the proper use of child safety seats. I believe the material said “front facing” when it should have said “rear facing.” Also, I would have liked to have had the opportunity to go back and re-read the material, particularly when taking a quiz, and even after completing the course. The objective is to educate the motorist, not confuse or frustrate him/her, so a back-button to previous material would prove beneficial.

It said the course was 4.5hrs but it took me all day to complete it. It doesn’t allow you to move on until it decided even though you read the material well ahead of the timer

Unfortunately, they’re mandated by the Arizona Supreme Court, which requires all approved defensive driving schools to include specific timers to meet course length and participation standards. All went well until I hit a question that was coded wrong - on a Friday and couldn't continue. Since it was my last day, I have to get an extension on Monday. I had correct answers, they didn't. They were nice enough to call and admit the problem was on their end, but not early enough to allow me to finish by end of day and not able to give the extension, so there ya go. I finished today (Saturday).. entering the wrong answer and proceeding through it. Not happy that I have to ask for the extension on a Monday morning, but at least it's done. I just wish circumstances didn't push me out to the last day, then this might not have been such an issue. Otherwise, everything was good.

The material was easy enough to get through; however, I would've preferred to know which question(s) I got wrong before having to retake the quizzes. Having to answer all the questions over again and not knowing which one(s) were wrong made it painful. I actually retook a couple of the quizzes more than 5 times to modify answers I thought were already correct.

The way quizzes are structured depends on the state’s requirements, and in some states we’re not permitted to indicate which questions were answered incorrectly. That restriction is set by regulation, not by us, and we have to follow those rules in order to stay certified. That said, we’ll review your experience and see if there are any improvements we can make within those guidelines to help reduce frustration. Zero help on the weekends, which if you are like most people you would be doing this class on the weekend. The security questions are not what I would consider normal, so remembering the answers was not as easy as it should have been. Had I fully understood the amount of times security questions would be asked I would have made a note on them. My wife was getting ready to have major surgery (had major things going on) and I got the security questions wrong and since there is ZERO help on the weekend I had to wait for assistance and by the time I got the assistance my wife was in the hospital. There are several quiz questions that are poorly written (poorly is being nice). If I start to nitpick some of the images where just out of place; talking about posted speed limits 55, 65, 75 the image shows 60; and image of a car, driver, and passenger with the driver on the righthand side of the car (we are not in the UK). If you need to take the course there might be better options or worse, not sure, but this was my experience.

Audio would fail often. Logged out mistakenly often. Quiz's were faulty. You can't proceed to the next lesson until a quiz is completed with a 100% passing grade. One of the quiz's required a wrong answer to pass. It was frustrating.
