Placed an order, rec'd email stating it had shipped, that was a lie. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Customer Support is awful, no response, no help. Went to instagram and posted a comment about my issue only to see it was deleted, so somebody knows what's going on and is choosing to ignore their customers. Based on prior reviews, I'm not looking forward to quality of shirts. *Update: I finally got my order on 12/29. The quality of shirts isn't bad but the lack of transparency and communication from the company still leaves a bad impression.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered the patchwork Jesus hoodie and its not a patch as advertised it's a cheap print on a subpar hoodie made out of non strechable fabric with a hood for a child. Teribly disappointed. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Don’t buy it, unfortunately just more drop shipped rubbish with good marketing. The shipping was 3 weeks to Australia from China but that’s not a big deal. I purchased the washed black tee with Jesus & crown of thorns on the back. The video on their instagram shows the print onto the shirt as seamless. What you actually get in real life is this weird looking, poor quality sticker just stuck down to the back of the tee. Looks really tacky. Disappointing as it would be a really nice tee if done properly.

Pay attention to the return policy!! Ordered 4 shirts for $80. They Took 2 weeks to arrive. The shirts are 100% polyester and definitely feel cheap. The designs are cool but in person they look cheap. My husband is tall so we usually order 2xl for extra length. The shirts are very wide and definitely too short. I emailed about returning them and they responded that buyer must pay return shipping TO CHINA! The shipping averages $40!! On top of the $80 I payed. I don't know what I'll do with them but the shirts are not worth it
I’ve never entered a wrong shipping address ever after almost a month the package said it wasn’t delivered due to wrong shipping address told me they can’t refund me because “they lost their clothes” which is a lie because it’s going back to their warehouse. Told me if I send $10 thru PayPal they will send a new one. Feels like a scam will not be spending one more penny on it..a joke or scam instagram needs to stop advertising for them.
Poor quality, boxy uncomfortable shirts with blurry graphics. Site claims free returns but they won't answer you unless you message them repeatedly. Then when they do, they want you to pay for shipping and refuse to issue refund or return label. Do not buy from these guys.
I bought the product 1 month ago, no one answers me, the product never arrived, this Instagram this store is fake it's a scam, it has to be reported, they keep paying Instagram to keep showing up for everyone to buy, don't fall for the SCAM the Product never arrives !!! I spent 100 dollars.
The company shipped to the US from China. The shirts run small and the fabric quality is poor. It’s scratchy and the graphics (because they are apparently stolen designs from other companies) are stretched and blurry at times and the vinyl is not good quality. If you want to try to return like I did you’re looking at about a $40 fee because they will not pay for the return shipping and they will give you pushback and try to get you to accept a partial refund before finally giving you an address to return it to. Extremely poor service extremely poor quality.
These people just stole from me. I ordered two shirts the total was $46. I didnt know it would be shipped from China. Eventually it gave me a tracking number after more than week. Okay the tracking number was moving through the mail for two weeks. It never went through ups usps or FedEx. It was like their own shipping system. Which is a scam because it never came to my house. It said delivered. I contacted them to let them know I never got it. They sent me fake delivery photos of two different houses which I've never seen before. Looks like they just found them on the web. I told them these are not my house and I want a refund. They asked me to send them pictures of my house. Why would I send you Pictures of my house?? Just feel like they took my money they never was sending me the shirts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
The item arrived in good time and was exactly what I was expecting. Good value for money. The only negative was that the tracking website did not work, so I was left wondering where my order was at.
having ordered an item from this company - when I received the payment details for it via paypal, it said payment to ‘reborndolls.com’! And, it gave a UK company WYMOND LTD as the company details. Having checked WYMOND out on companies house it is a holding company with its only director’s nationality being given as Chinese and place of residency as CHINA! If the item does not arrive or is substandard, I will complain and ask PAYPAL to intervene for a refund if necessary….. but.. please think carefully on why a Chinese man resident in China is pretending to be ‘Michael’ a Christian and yet taking payments via yet another company called ‘reborn dolls’!! Doesn’t seem like Christian ethics and integrity to me!
