Over the sea of companies that do loans I found SBG. I worked with Micah, from the very start he made thing by s easy and walked me step by step to get approved. I was approved to an amount that was way lower than I needed but he worked out some magic and ended up getting me a much higher amount very close to what I really needed. The rep was very informative, however, I feel like a lot of the "hidden fees" weren't disclosed upfront, such as the loan origination fee and the broker fee. Also, there is a lot of documentation to review, with very little time when making a funding decision.
